So for November I have joined a Challenge…To stay on the Ketogenic eating way!. So no cheat days for me, I know this is a HORRIBLE month for this, but we’ll see how much will-power I have 🙂 Even though I am writing this a bit towards mid month, I have been adhering to the challenge. (if you know me in real life, make sure I stay on path!) So far I have had even more weight loss and feel better. Now to clear some things up…I am not doing this strictly for the weight loss! Some have not been as supportive about my new journey, and think its silly with all the restrictions and such. But I am doing this for HEALTH reasons as the top priority. I have Spinocerebellar Ataxia and have also had surgery on my right knee. So losing 10 or 20 pounds would be a GREAT relief for my knees and ankles. And not only that, I have started feeling much better on the inside! My stomach is not having as much issues, I do not feel bloated or bleh after eating.
I joined the challenge through the KetoDiet Blog page and have found support and help from a community of others trying to be healthier as well.
